The produced oil belongs to Koroneiki variety of olive tree having law acidity. This expressed as oleicacid, and at its average is less than 0.3 degrees. That is the reason for producing an extra virgin olive oil with unique flavor and color.


The parcels are located in the area of Petalidi, which is a coastal village in the prefecture of Messinia in Greece, and in other traditional villages such as Dragka and Achladochori, which are famous for the quality of olive oil. The oil production takes place in the agricultural cooperative of Petalidi. In early 2012, after sampling all olive mills of Messinia was voted as the best quality producer of olive oil.


The oil has not undergone any further processing, except that from olive mill, then is kept in suitable storage. For the convenience of ordering the oil is packaged in metal containers without preservatives.
